The Hamilton County Artists' Association is proud to present the From Life: Open Studio Sessions Exhibit at the HCAA Birdie Gallery located at 195 S. 5th Street, Noblesville, IN, 46060.
This exhibit is open to artists that have created or started artwork during HCAA's hosted Open Studio sessions (portrait, still life, or figure). Artwork can be finished or unfinished and sketches are welcome. If you are interested in being included for the show, please complete the application below. The application must be received no later than July 27th, 2026 at midnight. We encourage you to read the rules and register below.
Important Dates
Submissions Due: Mon, July 27th at 11:59pm EST
Artwork Drop-off: Sat, Aug 1st 1-3 PM
Opening Reception: Friday, Aug 7th 6–8 pm at HCAA Birdie Gallery located at 195 S. 5th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060
The exhibit will be open and on display Saturdays Aug 8th, 15th, & 22nd 10am-1pm
Artwork Pickup: Aug 22nd, 2026 1-3pm
(Artwork not picked up within 1 month after the pickup date/end of the exhibit becomes property of HCAA.)
Submission Requirements
Submitting artists agree that images of artwork submitted are allowed to be shared in HCAA media promotion for the exhibit.
Labeling Requirements On the back of your artwork, clearly label:
Your name
Image title
Dimensions
Price or NFS
Hanging Requirements All artwork must be framed and wired to hang. No sawtooth hangers.
Exhibition Commitment Work must remain in the exhibition through the exhibit end date.
Sales & Commission All work may be offered for sale or marked NFS (not for sale). HCAA will handle all sales transactions and charge a 20% commission for images sold at the exhibit for current HCAA members, 30% commission for non-members. Checks will be mailed within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the show.
