Tuition Assistance Request

The Hamilton County Artists' Association is excited to offer a tuition assistance program designed to make our classes and workshops accessible to everyone in the community.

Anyone is welcome to apply. Whether you're facing financial hardship, medical challenges, or personal circumstances, we want to help you experience the joy of creativity and learning at the HCAA.

Tuition assistance requests are reviewed with care and confidentiality. We aim to support as many participants as possible and will follow up with you prior to the start of the class.

Thank you for being part of our creative community!

Tuition Assistance – Frequently Asked Questions

How are tuition assistance applications prioritized?

While we would love to support everyone, our funding is limited. Applications are prioritized based on the following:

  • New applicants

  • Completion of the application

  • Date the application is received

How is tuition assistance awarded?

We take into account financial, medical, and personal circumstances. Assistance may be partial or full, depending on need and available funds. To be considered, please submit a complete application before the date of the class or workshop.

Do I need to provide my own art supplies?

  • Adult Classes: Yes. Tuition assistance covers class fees only; supplies must be purchased separately if required by the instructor.

  • Youth Classes: No. All materials are included in the cost of youth classes.
