The Hamilton County Artists' Association is proud to present the Youth Membership Exhibit at the HCAA Birdie Gallery located at 195 S. 5th Street, Noblesville, IN, 46060.
If you wish to be included for the show, please complete the application below. The application must be received no later than April 21st, 2026 at midnight. We encourage you to read the rules and register below.
Important Dates
Submissions Due: April 21st, 2026 at 11:59pm EST
Artwork Drop-off: Sunday, April 25, 1-3 PM
Opening Reception: Friday, May 1st, 2026 | 6–8 pm at HCAA Birdie Gallery located at 195 S. 5th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060
The exhibit will be open and on display Saturday, 1-4pm
Artwork Pickup: May 24th, 2026 1-3pm
Submission Requirements
Submitting artists agree that images of artwork submitted are allowed to be shared in HCAA media promotion for the exhibit.
Labeling Requirements On the back of your artwork, clearly label:
Your name
Image title
Dimensions
Price or NFS
Exhibition Commitment Work must remain in the exhibition through the exhibit end date.
Sales & Commission All work may be offered for sale or marked NFS (not for sale). HCAA will handle all sales transactions and charge a 20% commission for images sold at the exhibit. Checks will be mailed within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the show.
