Archibald Ferguson

Archibald G. Ferguson was born in Kentucky on September 22, 1816. Later, he became a resident of Noblesville, Indiana, and served in the Civil War. He was killed in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on March 26, 1863, at the age of 46 years, 6 months, and 4 days.

Given the timing and location of his death, it is possible he was involved in military operations in or around Murfreesboro following the Battle of Stones River (December 31, 1862 – January 2, 1863).
