HCAA would love to showcase the artwork created by as many people as possible that attended a workshop, class, or camp session at The Hamilton County Artists Association in 2025. If you are willing to share this artwork and have it displayed for the month of December at the HCAA Birdie Gallery please fill out this form.
Only work created in the classes for 2025 should be included, up to 3 pieces per workshop/class/camp. Feel free to submit the form multiple times if needed if you participated in multiple.
For adult artists: All two-dimensional artwork must be delivered ready to hang. A secure hanging wire must be installed on the back of the artwork, using D-rings or similar hardware. Sawtooth hangers are not permitted.
For child artists: All two-dimensional artwork should be attached to a white mat at minimum. If you need assistance with matting, please email us at info@hcaa-in.org
Note: It is possible that not all artwork may be displayed if space does not allow. We will try to accommodate as many as we can though with as many different artists/students represented.
