Leslie Ober is an award-winning Indiana artist working primarily in acrylics and soft pastels. While she enjoys a wide variety of subject matter, she is most alive when creating colorful, abstract pieces. Using bright colors, and bold shapes and lines, she evokes movement and emotion in her work. She is also a fine art photographer, specializing in newborn and child portraiture. Leslie has a degree in education from Indiana University and has been homeschooling her six children for eleven years. She is a natural teacher, who delights in sharing her work and process with those around her. Leslie is also a writer and looks forward to publishing children’s books when the time is right.
