Laura enjoys working with all mediums of paint, pastels, conte, and dabbling in relief printmaking. She focused on fine art drawing and painting as an undergraduate at Ball State University and on children’s library services for her master’s degree from Indiana University. Her hobbies include making art, reading, supporting libraries, enjoying nature, and volunteering as a Girl Scout leader. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children, 2 cats, and leopard gecko.
