Penny Roberson
Penny Roberson studied Fine Arts at Indiana University, Bradley University, and the Herron School of Art. After a professional career in Art Education, she now paints full time in her studio at 107 S 8th Street, Noblesville, Indiana. Penny paints landscapes, still life, and figures in both oil and watercolor in the style of the American Impressionists with a special interest in the prairie flowers and natural beauty of Hamilton County. She is an exhibit member of the Hoosier Salon, Hamilton County Artists' Association, and Nickel Plate Arts organization, where her studio is located. Penny has won several Honorable Mentions, an Award of Merit, and Best of Show at the Winter Exhibit of the Nickel Plate Arts in Noblesville. Most recently, First Place an oil painting, "Early Morning" at the Nature's Inspirations exhibition at the Cool Creek Nature Center. Her work is in private and corporate collections in the US, Canada, and Spain.
