Jeanne Clark
Jeanne has taken photos as far back as she can remember. The only formal training she has ever had was a 4-H photography class when she was a kid and general art classes in high school. Jeanne just likes to take photographs; so much so that a point-and-shoot camera lives in her purse. She often uses her photos as documentation; her family members are used to waiting for her to catch up when on walking tours and to being subjects themselves. Being a Master Gardener, Jeanne is also drawn to taking photographs of nature. Other than cropping, she doesn't alter her photographs in any way.
Her photo "It's All in Your Perspective," showing the sun shining through a dandelion fluff ball, won Honorable Mention at HCAA's 2021 All Our Best exhibit.
