Out of high school I studied under Tom Thomas at Indiana University East in Richmond Indiana. I also studied mechanical engineering through Purdue Programs then went to work at factory as a draftsman. I was promoted to do process engineering work later deciding I was more passionate about the design part of engineering. I completed a Computer Graphics degree in 2003. I then returned to painting and entered art competitions. I have won honors from the Whitewater Valley Annual Art Competitions sponsored at IU East. I also have won awards from the Richmond Art Museum. I have works in a number of private collections.
